In fact, for 100g you can find more than 72g of carbohydrates and more than 13g of protein, for a total of 355 calories.

100 g portion (1 portion = 2 scoops) of the product mixed with 300-400 ml of water or milk.

Ideally, consume twice a day as a snack between meals, mixed with water.

Consume immediately after preparation.
