Description
Omega-3s are “polyunsaturated” essential fatty acids. They are lipids, necessary for the proper development and functioning of the human body.
Omega 3 is found in particular in the fat of certain fish.
In fact, EPA and DHA are present in significant quantities in so-called “oily” fish.
Eden Nutrition's omega-3s are composed of 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA per capsule.
Directions for use
Directions: Take one capsule daily with a glass of water.
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule.
Ingrédients
Fish oil 1000 mg (eicosapentaenoic acid epa 180 mg, docosahexaenoic acid dha 120 mg), vitamin e (dl alpha-tocopherol), capsule: gelatin, glycerin, purified water. May contain traces of gluten, eggs, sesame seeds, nuts, celery, milk and soy.
